1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Hellscasce offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new subscriptions to our platform. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days after your initial purchase, you may request a refund as detailed in this policy.
This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and does not extend to renewal periods, upgrades, or additional services purchased separately.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: Extended periods of service unavailability not caused by scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Technical Issues: Persistent technical issues that significantly impair your use of our platform and that our technical support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe

- Duplicate Charges: Erroneous duplicate charges for the same service

4. How to Request a Refund
